• Device Identifier: A randomly generated device ID used solely for rate limiting (limiting the number of free analyses per day). We do not collect your real device ID, IMEI, or advertising ID.
• Floor Plan Images: Images you upload are sent to our server for AI-powered Vaastu analysis. Images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored.
• Analysis Selections: Property type, facing direction, compass orientation, and entrance location that you provide during analysis.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To perform AI-powered Vaastu analysis of your floor plans
• To enforce usage rate limits (fair use policy)
• To temporarily store analysis results (automatically deleted after 1 hour)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Cloud infrastructure, temporary data storage, and cloud functions. Firebase Privacy Policy
• OpenAI: AI analysis of floor plan images. Images are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI Privacy Policy

4. Data Retention

• Floor plan images: Processed in real-time, not permanently stored
• Analysis results: Stored temporarily in Firebase (1-hour TTL), then automatically deleted
• Rate limit records: Reset every 24 hours

5. Data Security

All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties beyond the service providers listed above.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information or require user accounts, there is minimal personal data associated with your use of the app. If you have concerns, please contact us.
