AIIDA ("we", "our", or "the app") is an AI-powered interior design application developed by Omniport. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use AIIDA.

• Display name (if provided via Google Sign-In)
• Authentication credentials (managed securely by Firebase Authentication)

Photos and Images

• Room photos you upload for AI design generation
• Reference images you provide for design preferences
• AI-generated design images created from your inputs

Usage Data

• Design preferences (room type, style, color palette)
• Generation history and credit usage
• App interaction data for improving service quality

Lead Capture Information

If you choose to use our "Get This Built" or "Order Drawings" features, we collect:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address

This information is shared with licensed contractors or service providers in the UAE to fulfill your request.

Purchase Information

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not store your payment details. We only record the number of credits purchased.

• To provide AI-powered interior design generation services
• To manage your account and generation credits
• To connect you with contractors when you request it
• To improve our AI models and app experience
• To send service-related communications

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). We implement security rules to ensure:

• Users can only access their own data
• Photos and generated images are private to your account
• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active
• Uploaded photos and generated designs are stored until you delete your account
• Lead capture data is retained for the purpose of connecting you with service providers

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications
